Moderate exercise lowers risk of death by around 19 to 25%

A recent comprehensive long term study* concluded that “meeting the long-term leisure-time moderate physical activity guideline (150–299 minutes per week) was associated with lower mortality: 19% to 25% lower risk of all-cause, cardiovascular disease (CVD**) and non-CVD mortality.”  In other words, moderate exercise averaging as little as 21 minute per day reduces your chances of dying from any cause by up to 25 percent. So the health and longevity difference  between doing no exercise and just 21 minutes a day is enormous and a great incentive to start some/any form of exercise in 2023! #personaltrainer #weightloss #fitness #health
