Time, cost and work commitments or parenting responsibilities can also be limiting factors or barriers to joining a gym or exercising. I take on a small number of clients and this gives me the flexibility to deliver training sessions at the convenience of your own home or possibly a nearby recreational area or commercial gym. Depending upon your goals, excellent fitness and strength gains can be achieved using bodyweight, resistance bands and other equipment such as dumbbells and kettlebells.
Equally this applies to weight loss and nutrition programs. These can also be conducted at your home, where as well as receiving the nutrition education there is an option to include a prescribed exercise program where you learn exercises that you can do to compliment the nutritional guidance as and when you they fit into your day to day life. Incorporating forms of exercise by adapting daily routines can also yield surprising results for weight loss and this is one of many areas covered in my programs.
If you feel you only require the nutrition element of weight loss, these can be
conducted both face to face and online.
